in the sun

This morning I went for a power run- my first of the season and it felt great. Then I waded into the water in my shorts and sports bra. The only thing really holding me back was my ipod, but if tomorrow is as beautiful as today I just may officially hit the beach and get in the water.

When I got home we grabbed lunch at an outdoor cafe, which was followed by ice cream and a walk around the local park. Here are some glimpses of our time together.
