What do you think of the person who tagged you?
Anyone who regularly visits my blog knows how often I credit Nadia for inspiration or ideas. She photographs wishes and dreams and at the same time captures the beauty of "right here, right now". The result is achingly beautiful. I think she is a good writer too.

If you could have a house totally paid for, fully furnished anywhere in the world, where would you like it to be?
I guess I always kind of imagined a little place in Mexico with beautiful tiles and an outdoor shower, a lemon tree outside, the ability to sit on the roof and look out over the other houses....kind of like where we lived when we spent a few months there! Somewhere in Provence or Tuscany would be wonderful too.

If you could go anywhere in the world for the next hour, where would you go? "If you could go anywhere in the world..." is a tough question, but specifying "in the next hour" helps. Right now I'm in the mood for Argentina...Buenos Aires!

Which language do you want to learn? Spanish, but I want to exercise and improve my French...I have lost nearly all of it I am afraid. Then Italian. Definitely Italian.

Your favorite quote?
It's the heart that is unsatiable, the heart that needs to love, to despair, to burn with any kind of fire....That was what we wanted. To burn, to be consumed, to devour our days just as fire devours a forest.
-Irene Nemirovsky, Fire in the Blood

What is your dream job? Author....but of what?

What's your favourite magazine? I like Vanity Fair

The perfection and imperfection of all of us, our tragic flaws, the many angles of reality, little treasures of daily life, the genius in every person (my gift is spotting it!)

Oh I loved learning more about you Sheila - thank you for sharing these glimpses into who you are and what you love. I love guavas too but it's been way too long since I last had one. I can't find good ones around here either. :)

It might take me a few days to get to it but, I'm happy to accept the tag...
